Employees May Be the Best Vehicles for SaaS to Enter Corporate America

As we see America’s consumer go the way of service over ownership a la Urge, Rhapsody, Flickr, Gmail, and the rest of Web 2.0… we may just find out that corporate America will be influenced greatly by preferences that employees bring to work.

Martin LaMonica of CNET News speculates on employees’ preferences to collaborate, work online, and share in Web 2.0, and how that is leading to a new approach to software inside America’s businesses.
