I recently came across an initiative named Coming of Age with SaaS that is co-sponsored by Microsoft and Mural Consulting. It’s a free webinar on December 16th that seems to cover a lot of practical ground related to a variety of SaaS topics ranging from product development to customer service, so I figured the SaaSblogs community might be interested and it sounds like it might be worth checking out. Hi Sinclair, I attended this seminar. I thought they had few good points to make, especially on marketing and customer acquisition. Else it was a venue to showcase some MS partners !
