		<description>Basically all host can offer 99.999% uptime, and you must note that it is Network uptime but not server uptime.

Most advance hardware + os are stable, it is the load on the server that can cause server downtime, from my opinion.

If you are hosting on a shared hosting, server uptime is usually affected by the server load.

So, use dedicated server whenever possible if uptime is really important to you.
